Three jobs off your plate

Each module pulls live data from Google Ads, applies clear rules and explains every recommendation in plain English.

01

Performance Max creative review

Finds the headlines and descriptions dragging each asset group down and writes on-brand replacements that fit Google's character limits.

  • Compares assets only within the same type and asset group
  • Blends CTR, conversion rate, value per 1,000 impressions and Google's label
  • Flags policy risks, near-duplicates and missing themes
  • Learns the brand from the client's site so new copy only uses real claims
02

Search terms and negative keywords

Spots the searches wasting budget and the ones worth adding, across Search and Performance Max campaigns.

  • Wasted spend measured against your target CPA
  • Negative words that appear in 2+ wasted searches and never in a converting one
  • Converting terms at or under target, ready to add as keywords or search themes
  • Brand terms are never suggested as negatives
03

Monthly budget pacing

Projects month-end spend against each client's budget and tells you the daily budgets that land on it.

  • Projection from month-to-date spend and current run rate
  • Recommended daily budget per campaign, split by its share of spend
  • Saves each client's monthly budget so pacing is one click next time
  • Copy the changes straight into your workflow

Built for specialists who manage many accounts

PaidCopilot is built by a Google Ads specialist around the checks they run on every account, so its output reads like a colleague's notes, not a black box.

  • Uses Google Ads terms you already know: asset groups, CPA, MCC
  • Leaves low-volume and learning assets alone
  • Shows the math behind every verdict
  • Export to Sheets, Excel or Google Ads Editor

Questions

Does PaidCopilot change anything in my Google Ads account?

No. PaidCopilot reads your account data and gives you a change list to review and apply yourself. It does not edit campaigns, assets, keywords or budgets.

Does it work with manager (MCC) accounts?

Yes. After you sign in with Google, PaidCopilot lists every account your login can reach, including client accounts under a manager account.

How does the creative review decide which Performance Max assets to replace?

Each text asset is compared only with assets of the same type in the same asset group. The score blends CTR, conversion rate and conversion value per 1,000 impressions, plus Google's performance label. Assets under 1,000 impressions or still learning are left alone.

Will the AI-written ad copy make up claims?

New copy may only use claims found in the brand profile PaidCopilot builds from the client's website and any notes you add. Every option is checked against Google's character limit before you see it.

How are negative keyword suggestions chosen?

A search term counts as wasted once it spends at least your target CPA without converting. A word is suggested as a negative only if it appears in two or more wasted terms and never in a converting one. Brand terms are never suggested.
